Mr. Sajith Nair K U, as a founder ensured various business protocols adherence in his project selection. He perfectly understood the necessity to be in sync with the philosophies of the builders and other stakeholders. Being an excellent people manager, he demonstrated his core philosophy “Unity is Strength” through his project successes. In team work, he also ensures nobody’s time, money or effort is wasted. From sales leadership to building a trusted real estate network across India and international markets.

  • 2003 – Worked with ICICI Home Finance as sales team leader. With team focus, achieved 80% of the total branch business. Rs.3 crore transactions a year.
  • 2005 – Worked with HDFC Home loan as sales team leader. Secured Star Achiever award that is given to eminent achievers. Created huge market presence for HDFC.
  • 2010 – Started Turya Properties & Services with a vision. Became exclusive promoter for one builder. Sold all 30% of the units allocated in that project on time.
  • 2013 – Started operating in multiple projects as an exclusive promoter in multiple states. Almost all CREDAI members of Coimbatore region are served by Turya.
  • 2016 – Started promoting abroad projects like UAE, Singapore etc. Started expanding the real estate team size. Started providing comprehensive solution to all retail buyers.
  • 2020 – During Corona pandemic lockdown, created platform & infrastructure for agents to succeed in their business. Increased the total team size to over a dozen as on June 2021.
